Personal User Info

I know this is coming, and getting the basics working correctly is first priority, however, I'd love to see it sooner then later. I want to display my user info and rules (maybe even a pic). I hate catching users uploading entire directories from me and PMing them with a warning. You could also get a 'round robin' upload queued option. That would make it more fair to users grabbing 300 files :)

Round-robin is something Roz and I have been discussing as a friendlier alternative to user download limits, which has been suggested elsewhere. The former is something I definitely want to implement. I don't like it when someone monopolizes my queue either.

The personal info box + picture really helped build the Soulseek community, so I too hope it will come back sooner rather than later. As for the round robin, check the other threads about limiting uploads.
