2 new statuses: "offline queued" & "offline partial"

Description: 
Please add 2 new Statuses: "offline queued" & "offline partial" (ly downloaded). Each should have its own color, maybe black & dark blue, respectively. Darker colors would nicely indicate that the download is currently dormant.

I agree that there could probably be a better markup of offline users in the transfers list, but I'm not so sure about the distinction between partially and wholly incomplete transfers.
