Allow Port-Changing/Randomizing

My ISP Cox has been throttling my Soulseek traffic the way it used to with Utorrent (until I implemented traffic encryption and port randomizing). Could you load the default ports for soulseek from a text/config file, so that more advanced users can modify these settings to bypass traffic shaping by ISPs? Thank you, awesome project!

Thank you for the kind word! The listening port can already be changed by using the 'Change Listening Port' button that appears when you're viewing the Options->Login tab.
