Unshare specific folders

I'd like to have the ability to have a special tag-file inside the folder that I wish to be not shared (inside my entire shared collection), like an empty file with name .notshared. For example I'm not sure of quality that I downloaded anywhere else, and I'd like to check it before sharing, or I work with some musician that produce me with some raw material.
