Expand Folders Setting

Hi ... much simpler than the last request I think! Any chance of a setting to save the expanded folders on or off? Everytime I load QT they start expanded (2 for the upload and 2 for the download), I always want these "off" and have to remember to manually toggle all 4 when I load up, as expanded they seem to use a lot of resource (when there's lots going on in the various trees).
