note option to the wishlist

I have a quiet big wishlist what I built in the last couple of years. I have an own system for categorizing my downloads and sometimes when I get a download in half a year for example, I don't exactly know by that time in which folder I intended to put it in. It would be nice to have a NOTE option next to each of the wishlist tracks in order to write myself a reminder. Thank you!
