Feature Request \Bug Report - don't respect capital letter in Browse

while browsing user files, the sorting is wrong. it separates capital letters with non-capital letters, as a result we have two alphabetical lists, which makes it VERY confusing. is there any reason for that? none that i can see. also letters such as "Ä" shouldn't be put at the end of the list, but rather in its place in alphabet. please fix this minor, but very annoying issue.
