A comment line in wishlist

Hi again ! When I add an item in the wishlist, it sometimes appear weeks, months after... and I don't always remember why i wanted this. An option that would allow a comment everytime you add an item in the wishlist would be very appreciated ! Have a nice (moment of the day you're in)
