Exclude userlist from upload limits

I would like to be able to exclude my userlist from upload limits. Currently in QT we are able to set limits on 1)maximum number of queued uploads and 2)maximum megabytes of queued uploads. These work great at preventing non-userlist users from hogging the queue, but it would be nice to free the userlist from this restriction since QT does not offer extra userlist upload slots. Nicotine+ has something like this in the form of a check box that says "Queue limit does not apply to friends".
