Active taskbar icon

Not sure what its called, but have the taskbar icon show upload/download activity or speeds like uTorrent or Firefox does.

This might be a Windows 10 thing only? Maybe someone can check who has Windows 8.1 how uTorrent shows both Download and Upload speeds in the taskbar. Very handy to see at a glance when the program is minimized
