Search Tabs on left/right

Add an option to Options/UI that lets user reposition Search/Manual Searches and Search/Wish List Searches results tabs on either the left or right side of the results area, rather than above (if on the right side, preferably between the results and the wish list search column.) Make the widths manually resizeable or set by pixels-wide in options. It would obviously need either a vertical scrollbar or up/down arrow buttons to scroll the list if it exceeds the pane height.
