Put "Important" markers in chat.

With many people in Soulseek I've made up to some important ideas. Sometimes I am tired copying them all the time to a notepad. So would be great to mark some music (or non-music) related stuff as important in dialog history, so further getting back to it would be easy as sandgrain. Thank you!
