Download Slots

this option was useful, why did you remove it? before that i just put files on my download list and set it up the download slot to prevent that my internet don't colapse but now i have to put pause and resume all the time. limit download speed slot is useless ex; may you put forty kilobytes per second but have forty files downloading.. so get one kilobyte per second for each file.
