Disconnect upload when it drops below a certain kbps. Some downloaders seem to still be on dial-up internet - queuing up 400 files at .5 kbps, and blocking up Soulseek slots on my limited (cable) upload bandwidth.

I don't think that's fair. There should be another way. Something like dynamically alloting slots based on a set upload rate.

Yeah, not fair at all. Like cLick1338 said, an option to increase slots when the current upload speed is below the max/limit speed would be preferable.
