information sign soulseek version

I noticed that some users use old soulseek versions, even SoulseekNs. That's a pity for their download speed will stay rather low comparing downloaders with the latest Qt versions. When I can see soulseek versions of other users, I can advice them to download the latest Qt in order to enlarge the ranking in my upload queu for other users. I hope it's not too difficult to build this issue into the programm.
