Problems with ??? char in filenames

Because some filenames are in foreign alphabets (like chinese, japanese etc..) some filenames are read as ??????.mp3 and it's not compatible with windows filenames (it gives an error) so i think it's possible to add an automatic option that substitute for example ???? with ----
