sharing list of unshared accounts

I have a list of accounts that have not shared folders with the community. I'd like to be able to offer this list to meself, a friend or a group of people. It would be nice to be able to save the list of names in a file and import/export this file. And It might force people who chose not to share anything to change their decision by getting ban by a lot of user.
