the chat log of users who received the automatic "empty share" message should pop up after a while

i'd find it good to have the chat log of users who received the automatic "empty share" message and didn't response pop up after a while, e.g. an hour. otherwise those often don't get recognized until you look into the "shared log" regularly. that means it would be too much effort to ban those users who really don't want to share. in the long run that would probably make me share only with people on my list again.
