Limit max # queued uploads/user?

I am on the mac version, and for some reason, in the "Options/File Sharing" tab I cannot reduce the number in the "Limit Maximum number of queued uploads per user" to less than 10... This would be useful since I share video files, which tend to be larger, so I want to limit the amount of time any one user can monopolize the download slot(s). I am not sure whether this is a bug, or a feature request... Thanks!

I have this same issue, and cannot figure out how to change this number, wanting to make a change in this area

10 is the lowest current value, if you're using the default SoulseekQt client. If you use Nicotine+ I think you can go even lower.
