is there plans to add support for SoulseekQT translations ? for example in a XML format.

the idea is to have multi-language support for GUI, like: French, Spanish, Italy, etc.

In the shared folder in Dropbox, one can see who edited the file. The username is shown. If I save the files I've edited (Dutch and French), my users name doesn't show. How do I fix that ?

I finished the translation into Russian, we can only check it in the client.

I finished the translation into Dutch and French (for French, many thanks to users Acok and KBylienforCE).
Need to be checked again in the client.
Nir, see the Remarks file in the Dropbox. Maybe it's an idea to use this file for you and all the translaters to write their remarks in. You can delete the remarks and suggestions you've seen and if possible added to the .ts files.

I also made a very big change to the internal data system and the way configuration files are saved and loaded, so please let me know if you run into any problems.

Thanks Nir. Dutch and French files are checked. Please see the 'Remarks' files. I'm still waiting for the guys that do the German and Italian translation, but they told me they were working on it.

in relation of translation whether it is possible in the future (after the official release of translations) make a separate category forum topic for all languages​​? to discuss the native language translation mistakes with other people. polish translation is done (see dropbox), however i've notice a new file there, with about 20 new forms to translate. is there a way to autofill once translated forms, and then fulfill only missing rest? otherwise its gonna be hell lot of copy-paste work...

suggestion:
wouldn't it be better if every language name is proposed in original language? example:
-english
-français
-español
-polski
etc...

True, I had the same idea earlier this day and mailed it to the Spanish and Russian translaters. They have already made the changes in their .ts file. Don't forget 'Nederlands' (Dutch).

Maybe it's an idea to remove the 'polish.ts' file from the dropbox, and rename the file 'SoulseekQt_polish.ts' into 'polish.ts'

The Dutch and French files are updated. I tried the 12.20 version who was in the dropbox, but I got all kinds of internet problems. Most of the time 12.20 didn't connect to the net. Even my browsers (IE and Chrome) had problems connecting. Re-installed 12.15, no problems at all

I can't explain it. the only thing that changed between 12.15 and 12.20 is some translation stuff...

I'm ready (and I guess the others translators too) to continue with the translations of strings, but a new build is needed to check the rest of missing strings or possible errors waiting to be fixed.
