Chat timestamps

In the 2014-1-8 build (Win7 x64), my "Chat ended" timestamps are always the same as the first end time.

* Chat started Jan 30 2:27:54 pm
blahblahblah
* Chat ended Jan 30 2:28:06 pm
* Chat started Jan 30 2:34:13 pm
blahblahblah
* Chat ended Jan 30 2:28:06 pm
* Chat started Jan 30 2:39:18 pm
blahblahblah
* Chat ended Jan 30 2:28:06 pm
* Chat started Jan 30 2:40:00 pm
blahblahblah
* Chat ended Jan 30 2:28:06 pm

Chats are also ending within seconds of the last message being sent or received, so my window is very cluttered.

Also, I think the start time matches my computer's clock for messages that I initiate, but when the chat is started by my friend, it is like 14 seconds behind my computer's clock.

Looks like I accidentally a line of code. Fixed for the next build.
