Well, technically SoulseekQt has no safeguards to ensure that you're not downloading more than one file from a given user, due to say, a bug on their end or more likely, your client not recognizing that one download ended before the other one started. I'd be more concerned if SoulseekQt was uploading two files to the same user at the same time.
