Feature Request: Exclude certain results from wish list results

Hi,

It would be nice if there was an option in QT to exclude specific files from the wishlist results and if this is the only result for the wishlist tab for that search term to not pop-up.

There are several cases I have come across when I get a result from the wishlist but for one of the following reasons I can't download it:

1) false positive result
2) bad user (maybe has all files shared but has set public slots to zero on old client) so you just queue infinitely
3) partial file
4) wrong version of file
5) it's a youtube rip

When this happens it can be quite frustrating. I know i should probably just ignore the wishlist search result, but my anally retentive brain forces me to close the window only to be presented with it again a while later. I've actually removed items from my wishlist because I can find no suitable way to adjust the wishlist search to cater for the problem. Be nice if there were two options:

1) exclude this file from wishlist results
2) exclude all files from this user from wishlist results.
