Is my files visible if set yo User List only?

If i set my userlist to accessed by User List only.. will people NOT on my list still be able to get my files up on their searches?

I set my folders private and wrote in info that people should ask for permission. Reason is that i think its a drag to check each and everyone if they share or not.
There should be some script to autocheck users and notify me if not..

Is there other sollution for to this setup?

Files that are shared privately will not be visible to users not on your list. You can use the empty share warning setting to automatically message users who aren't sharing.
