2013.2.12/win7: downloads complete before 100%

I have frequent issues with 2013.2.12 completing transfers before they reach 100%. In other words download is half-way but marked complete and I cannot retry either. I have to delete download and try again. I just enabled logs and will check if there is anything there with next downloads.

I wonder if this is related at all to a similar problem with retrieving a user's personal info, which appears to have something to do with the version of the Qt libraries used by the latest build. I'll be releasing a fixed version of the client within the next few days. Should be interesting to see if it'll affect your problem.
