Minor issue in "debug" mode (log files)

This can be reported in a neat one-liner:

Don't attempt to write log files to c:\slsk-client-logs\ in Linux. :) That's about it.

Just a short feedback: this still persists in the latest (May'13) build.
It happens whenever the special logging option ("only for special debugging purposes") is checked.
(writes to root directory of user's $HOME)
