Help with Sharing on the NS system

I believe in SoulSeeks main principle of sharing as much as you download. I'm trying to abide by this rule and am having issues figuring out my settings to make sure I'm sharing my library. I get the options - file sharing settings - ? Do I need to "add shared folder"? What am I missing here? If anyone can please detail the process/steps I would appreciate.
