Characters - French Accent - Iso problem ?

Hi,

I'm on the 2013.5.18 build, mac version.

When I use french accent, like "é" or "è", other users can't see these characters.

When I was a iSoul user, i used this : https://github.com/arranger1044/iSoul/issues/35

How to fix iso problem with soulseekqt ?

SoulseekQt utilizes Unicode to communicate international characters, which are readable by other SoulseekQt client. You can pick a codepage to translate from extended ASCII, but no to it since it would defeat the entire purpose of having Unicode.

Is this problem happening in filenames, chat, or both?
