Can't access Internet while Soulseek is active

With the last 2 releases, while Soulseek is running, I can't access the internet nor the pop server my email goes through. I'm running Win7 Ultimate 64 and use both Chrome and IE to access the web. Soulseek itself runs just fine.

The same happens to me ever since I started to use the new client, I'm searching for my original thread right now because someone has pointed out some things there, I'll post it here when I find it.
