How do I set up protocol obfuscation?
I already opened the port, however, I don't know how to force protocol obfuscation.

Protocol obfuscation can't be forced or it would break compatibility with the original Soulseek client which most people still use. You could technically offer the option to only use obfuscated connections, but it would severely limit your ability to search and transfer files with other users.

Then, what's the point of implementing protocol obfuscation?
Does it turn on automatically when both parties have the capability?

Yes, exactly. The hope is that eventually the majority of users will be using SoulseekQt, in which case protocol obfuscation will be the default.
