At first it'll go to tray when I hit main minimize button. But then it will vanish
Not sure if it's complete random but it just always occurs. Maybe after fullscreen app ?

Hmm, not sure why that's happening, but I will say that I had a similar issue a while back on Win7 x64. However, the reason why Soulseek (and other programs as well) went missing from the tray was that my hard disk was turning off (under power options) and for some glitchy reason that would trigger the "bug". Once it went missing from the tray, I had to kill process and re-open to recover it. It'd happen a lot overnight when the PC was untouched for hours.
So, I'd say check your power options for any questionable settings and see if that helps.
Good luck.

I only rock desktops. Power options sounds like a laptop exclusive "thing" .. EDIT: Oh, you mean whether I hibernate/screensave or not ? If so then nope, I use full blast
Anyways.. good thing I have NetLimiter to monitor traffic. Wouldn't want to kill an upload in progress because I must kill SS process to see it
It's just a slight inconvenience but.. cheers

Power options apply to desktops as well, under "change plan settings" / Power Options.
You should not have to kill Soulseek and restart it, but if you're content with that alright.
I'd still check power options, imo:
