connection refused

Hello all.

I've been using Soulseek for years now and enjoy it.
And never i shared anything nor did i have anything to share.
I am there to chat in the rooms. But 2 days ago.
I encountered a connection problem. I got disconnected.
And couldn't get back. I'm used to Nicotine+.
But got the soulseek ns 157 too. and also SoulseekQT on my laptop.
And those wouldn't connect either. So i thought maybe the server is down.
So i asked a friend if she could get online and said yes.
Also been 2 and half days. I was waiting for the server to come up.

Then i grabbed my old laptop which still worked fine.
But no connection for me there also. I went through the same steps described above.
Using different clients. Also desperately use to try some proxy programs.
And scanned my laptop for viruses and malware. But still no results of anything.
I'm beginning to believe that my ISP is involved and am suspicious of them.

So could someone come take a look if thats the case for me?
I've already installed Teamviewer for remote control.
Before i start flaming my iSP please.
