to whom it may concern,

having been on 'SoulseekQt build 2013.2.12' since it first became available, I decided today an upgrade was due, which I now regret; admittedly I was stupid enough to run the 'SoulseekQt build 2013.10.5' from the dmg file, which prompted me to log in anew*. upon logging in, all my previous setting were gone, and I thought I'd look for some relevant files with view of transferring my old settings; I looked in all possible folders of the previous version to no effect; at the same time, my old soulseek version popped up telling me to log in, which for some reason I did, and again, found all my previous settings gone; this whole malarky makes the switch from XP to Mac version seem like a treat.

*can you even fail your password, because I haven't entered it ever since installing the QT version in the first place, so I simply guessed (likewise, I have no clue which email I entered almost a year ago); when I tried to log in with the same username and password onto the forum, I failed.
