BACK-UP challenge!

Hi there, I'm facing something looking like a challenge for me as I'm not an IT specialist (yet)...!
- Previous situation: I was using SLSK NS running on a Windows Vista system for years...
- New situation: I added a new hard disk to my computer (I kept the old one and switched it into 'slave' mode). Then, I installed SLSK QT on my new hard disk.
- My problem: How could I back-up all my details, queing files, users list and so on... from my SLSK NS installation previously running on Windows Vista on my old hard-disk to SLSK QT running on Windows Seven on my new hard disk???
Or maybe, I have to stay with SLSK NS on my new system to make back-up easier?
Any help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks.

Migrating from NS to Qt? Why not just take some screenshots of your user list, and manually add your buddies back into Qt? I mean, when you're done queueing files for download and its empty just migrate. Copy and paste your user info and you're done.

The rest will carry over via Soulseek server (i.e. people will still find you, uploads, etc)
