missing data

I am using Windows 7 and I had run a malware program and after that (may or may not be related) I found Soulseek asked me to give new log on information and I discovered all my saved data, e.g. wishlist, user list, shared folder, were all gone and I had to start from scratch. Is there any way to recover this data. I did not have to reinstall Soulseek but just start with a blank slate.
