notification sound and warning message feature request

Hi,

A option under notification sounds tab to notify me if someone downloading something from me.

Send warning message to user who only share <50 files something like that would be nice.

Little questen sideby ... if i check "Send warning message to downloading users with empty shares" is the upload automaticly stopped?
