Opening ports on Airport Extreme

Can someone tell me how to do this and what port they'd recommend? I'm in my airport utility under network > port settings and imagine it's this screen here but I'm not sure what's meant to go where. I tried putting the default "2234" port that my soulseekqt is set to in every box but it still says its closed when I test it.
