Cant get port forwarded

Hi,
Im a donating slsk member, but it feels like i get allot less search results or connections as it should be.
When i click the check ports button, it says that my port is closed.

I asked friends to help me, spent days googling for people with same issues, but without luck.

Is there any1 willing to help ne on this? Maybe with a remote help application or something?

all depend of your connection, for example if you are connected to a router, check router settings and make sure UPNP option is enabled.
