Switching to new nightly build

Hey, this might be a stupid question, but if I have downloaded a new nightly build and wish to use that one, how do I move across my current download queue and preferences?
Do I need to go into package contents and copy across some files?
Is it best to run both side-by-side until downloads are finished or will this cause issues?
Thanks in advance.

Currently SoulseekQt's
Currently SoulseekQt's settings are stored in c:\soulseek-client.dat, so you don't need to move anything around when you switch to another version. It's never a good idea to run two instances of the client at the same time.

If you mean you want to move
If you mean you want to move your client configuration, you can only import your user list from Soulseek NS to SoulseekQt at this point. You can do so from Options->Extras.
