Option to auto send warnings to users with less than a certain amount of shared files

I really like the feature to auto send warnings to users who are not sharing any files. I understand the decision not to auto ban people without files. However, I think it would be very helpful to have the option to select a minimum amount of files shared for downloading users. Say, if they were sharing fewer than 100 files or less than 100 MB, it would be nice to automatically send warning messages to those people when they start downloading. Thank you for your consideration. Please let me know your opinions on this matter.

I also think it would be nice
I also think it would be nice if I got a notification when someone started downloading from me. When I get messages in chat, there is a flashing icon which indicates the message in the system tray. If I got a similar alert for when people started downloading from me, I would be able to quickly check their shared files to see whether I should allow them to download. In addition to my earlier suggestion, I would also like to have an option to autosend warnings to (or maybe autoban) people who are not sharing certain file extensions (such as .mp3 or .flac). This way, it would be easier to spot and ban people who are sharing a whole bunch of garbage files like .txt or whatever.
