Wishlist file loaction in Windows 8?

I recently changed computer and OS to Windows 8.1.
I still use Soulseek NS so i copied over my wishlist.cfg file to this computer and im wondering where i should put it so it shows up in my Soulseek?

I guess it should be in c:\program files\Soulseek but the only file i see is attributes.cfg
