Can't browse user files

Hello, i use SoulseekQt-2014-11-30.And when i want to check user files.Say me this " A connection could not be successfully formed to the user. If this is happening to you a lot, Check here to make sure that your port is open." Can someone tell me what i need to do? Thanks for all.
