Forums:
I am new to soulseek Qt, so accept my apologies if in the wrong forum
I get a message saying
Login Failed The password you supplied does not match your user name.please chance your login settings in the options tab and try reconnecting.
I have tried this and the default password goes back to an old one.
I have used the new one to connect to this forum. Can you help please or shou;d I just continue using the old client?
Thank you in anticipation

Having similar issues though
Having similar issues though different context - I'm trying to migrate my account to a new computer and can't log into QT. Same message - login failed username does not match password.
Have tried using the email address I think I signed up with (as suggested here http://www.soulseekqt.net/news/node/2257), but no dice, unfortunately.
I've been using Soulseek for years and years, it would be a shame to lose my username.
Also, as someone who's nearly computer illiterate (much to my shame) - what's the best way to migrate any files or settings to a new computer?
Good luck; hopefully someone will take pity and wander in here with a few good ideas (Nir, you around?). Probably I'm just a dork and the answer is obvious.
Same problem here
Haven't been able to log in for a few weeks, no idea why. Been using slsk without any issues for years
