Disconnecting constantly

For the past 2 weeks or so, maybe more, I've been lucky if I could stay connected to the Soulseek servers for an hour. The disconnections only last about 1 minute, but I am still connected to the users who are downloading from me and can still send the files. I can browse the net normally when this happens. I tried QT today hoping maybe it would clear the problem up, but no, I still keep disconnecting. It worked fine before, so how can I stop this from happening?

I'm using Windows 7.

Oddly enough, after I posted this, everything seems to be running smoothly. I wanted to note that when I was disconnected from the File sharing network server, I couldn't connect to this website either. Anyway, both clients are staying connected for now.
