Server / Client Setup & Config -- & -- Best Servers ???

What are the (1.st) working (2.nd) best setup options?
Can anybody help me to set up my client after my computer broke.
I have not been using so seek for longtime since this happened.
Now I started the software again and everything looks alright but I cannot figure out how to set up the server connection.
Below you can see the error message I get in the console.
Probably this isn't very old server and I don't know which servers are the best options right now.
So if anybody can post a List of two or three good servers in the required configuration settings
(FQDN - fully qualified domain name) (Port set up) and if you have tips and advices for people who have to configure for the first time. I hope this thread will be useful for a lot of people as I am not alone having trouble Setting up a good server in the client software.
