UK domestic ISP's don't allow static IP's

I know this topic has probably come up several times before as I've been Googling around all day trying to find a solution so that I can port forward soulseekQT.

My ISP and apparently all UK domestic ISP's now use dynamic IP addresses and don't allow users to setup static IP's outside of dedicated business ISP services so I can't port forward soulseekQT.

When I installed QT my port was open and everything was working fine for awhile but after not using QT for a few weeks and starting it up again today I found my port to be closed when checking from within QT's options. I can still use QT but my searches are not as comprehensive as they would normally be.

Has anybody else in the UK found a solution to this problem outside of paying for a service that allows for a static IP address?
