Please help. I can't download jpeg files from people's folders

Hi.For some reason jpeg files are failing, even after I allowed the extension jpg, and also tried allowing all extensions. For some reason jpg files are all failing (album covers, folder.jpg, etc).

Does anyone know how to fix this?
