"Local Error" when a user tries to download a file with a foreign character

Bug Report

OS: Debian Wheezy, latest and up to date with UTF-8 as default encoding.
SLSK Version: SoulseekQt-2014-11-30-64bit

Bug: I share files with letters like äöдяф etc.. All users are not able to download these files from me. When they attempt to download such files from me I see "Local Error" in my uploads tab.
