Mass messaging users in users list

At one time I recall being able to message everybody in my user's groups. This feature is now gone.

Does it exist somewhere in the SS-sphere? I would not, and did not, use it to constantly bug other users, but when I will be off for a few days I would like to let everybody know so they can be informed when I will be back and they can resume the ability to D/L.
