Having trouble getting ports to open

(I posted a couple days ago but cannot find my post).

I just upgraded to Win 7. I've tried the guides and fiddled with the ports and my router but can't get them open for SS.
Anyone that can help me out?

just enable UPNP feature in your router, thats all.
